Cancellations of Custom Orders
Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded since they are specifically produced for your order.
These units are tailored to your specifications and are manufactured upon receiving your order. If you are unsure whether your order falls under custom or made-to-order, please feel free to message or call us for clarification.
All sales of custom-made and made-to-order products are final.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product within 30 days, you may do so. However, please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Due to significant increases in LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, along with return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with another item, we may be able to assist you with some of the costs depending on the product.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on our product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

By making a purchase from Prime Yard Tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in the Exchange Agreement:
You understand that it is your responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery, noting and taking pictures of any damage, and providing the information to Prime Yard Tools within 24 hours of delivery.
You understand that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
You understand that products must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days, and an additional restocking fee may apply.
You understand that if your order has already left the warehouse, you are unable to receive a full refund.
You understand that returning your order after it has shipped will incur return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25%, which vary by product.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If any damage is noticed, please take photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description, and send them email@example.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be submitted for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty details. Please note that warranty covers damages that occur over time and from use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it will not be considered a warranty claim.
By default, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
All our products come with guaranteed warranty policies, ensuring that you receive a fully functional, operating product without any additional expenses on your end. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
In the event of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement for that item or store credit for its value when purchased separately. If your order has already shipped, you, as the buyer, will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the order.
